The Brief: Design and produce a brochure and accompanying advertisements to reflect the quality of a prestige apartment development in the South of England.

The Approach:
A sophisticated, streamlined corporate style was created, featuring artists' impressions and plenty of space, encouraging buyers to identify with the spacious homes being promoted. The geographical area was researched and lifestyle-oriented text drafted, before technical information was incorporated and rigorously checked to ensure accuracy. Finally, the brochure was printed on high quality stock, and carefully selected space was booked in national daily and local regional newspapers.
